What does an outsourced finance manager actually do?
We perform the role of a finance manager on a part-time, retained basis: overseeing accounting and bookkeeping, producing monthly management accounts, managing budgets and cashflow, developing internal controls and preparing for external audit.
How is the retainer priced?
The retainer is quoted on scope – the volume of transactions, the number of entities and the support you need. We confirm it in a written quotation after an initial assessment.
Will you work with our existing bookkeeper or accounting system?
